以下是沟通后的回复信件，是纸质的（有相应的经理和经办人签名）。信件是用英文写的，鉴于本人的英文水平不高，大家有兴趣的自行翻译。

We would like to assure you that your experiences with your timepiece represent an absolute exception. Your Senator Panorame Date Moonphase has been completely checked , with the automatic winding mechanism having been overhauled and a necessary intermediate wheel having been changed under guarantee. Please let us have the opportunity to remark the following regarding the error analysis: The visible reason for the detected malfunction was a loosening of the ball bearing of the intermediate wheel , Such a failure is very rarely and an absolute individual case. Accordingly, the main gear of the mechanic mechanism has been blocked and caused the broken tooth. Today we are very pleased to return your Glashutte Original to you in its fully functional and reconditioned state . Dear Mr ??? , please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences that may have been caused. We wish you continued maximum pleasure and full satisfaction with your both classic and contemporary Senator in future.
