The Trusted Checkout service is designed to protect both the buyer and the dealer throughout the purchasing process.
After you have transferred your funds to the Chrono24's Trusted Checkout account, they are securely held until you have received the ordered product from the dealer and are completely satisfied with your new item. Only then are your funds transferred to the dealer.
If you are not pleased with the product, you have the option to return it and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item. In such a case, please observe the refund guidelines as stipulated under “Consumers’ revocation rights” in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
